Executive Coach – NED – Strategic Advisory

Supporting leaders and Boards through major changes

Executives stepping into a new role or navigating a turnaround, Boards reshaping strategy, and leadership teams driving major transformation all face high stakes and high complexity. Cultural challenges, team dynamics and competing priorities can quickly blur focus and slow decision-making.

As a former CFO and senior executive, I bring over 30 years’ international experience leading complex change programmes across countries and cultures. I now support senior leaders, Boards and leadership teams through major changes so they can make better decisions, lead with confidence and build sustainable value over time.

What is Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching is a structured, confidential conversation that helps leaders reflect, clarify priorities, and take action. It is not consultancy, counselling or therapy — the focus is on enabling you to find your own solutions.

How is coaching different from mentoring, counselling, or therapy?

Mentoring and consulting often involve advice or expertise. Coaching is different: it helps you find your own path forward. Counselling and therapy focus on healing past experiences or mental health issues. Coaching is future-focused, practical, and aimed at professional and personal growth.

What results can I expect from coaching?

Coaching helps you achieve your goals by creating the space to think clearly and strategically. Together we clarify your priorities, uncover opportunities and barriers, and develop a focused strategy with an action plan. The process also strengthens alignment between your decisions, values, motivation, and needs — so progress is both effective and sustainable.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. Coaching conversations are fully confidential and conducted in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. This creates a safe space for honest reflection and exploration.

How many sessions will I need?

For one-to-one coaching, most clients work with me for 6 to 12 sessions over three to six months. Two-hour intensives are available for specific, time-sensitive challenges.

Who do you work with?

I coach executives, senior leaders, and aspiring CFOs who are navigating transitions such as new roles, relocations, career changes, or returning to work after illness or burnout.

How do sessions take place?

Sessions are held online. I can also offer in person sessions (in London and Birmingham, UK), depending on what works best for you. I also offer coaching in English, French, and Spanish.

Are you accredited?

I am accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as coach at Senior Practitioner level and I hold a Professional Coaching Diploma from Optimus Coach Academy.

Is your activity supervised?

As part of my EMCC Global Individual Accreditation as Senior Practitioner I have supervision in place for my work as a Coach and/or Mentor using these skills corresponding to a minimum of 1 hour of one-to-one supervision for every 35 hours practice evenly distributed across 12 months.

Do you work with organisations as well as individuals?

Yes. I partner with organisations to support leaders in transition, strengthen leadership pipelines, and build inclusive, resilient teams.

How do I pay for coaching?

Payment is made in advance, either per session or as part of a package. Invoices are issued for each arrangement.

What other services are you offering?

In addition to executive coaching, I provide mentoring for senior leaders, team transformation facilitation, public speaking and non-executive director roles. These services draw on my leadership and board-level experience.
