Coaching Terms & Conditions: What You Need to Know
These terms apply when you book coaching sessions with Latitude Leadership Coaching Ltd, trading as Bruno Vinel Coaching. The company is registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16160530), with a registered address at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.
By booking a coaching session with Bruno Vinel, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before we begin working together.
1. What Is Coaching
Coaching is a supportive process that helps you develop greater awareness and clarity about your situation, your values, and what matters most to you. Through calm, honest conversation, I will listen carefully, ask the right questions, and gently challenge your thinking so you can move forward with confidence.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. You are always in charge of your own decisions and actions.
You set the agenda for each session. You decide what topics we explore and what changes you want to make in your life or career.
2. What You Will Receive
During our coaching work together, I will provide:
- Thoughtful questions to help you explore your situation, needs, and values, so you gain clarity about where you are and where you want to go
- Support and accountability to help you identify and reach your goals
- A fresh perspective on your situation
- Practical resources and tools to help you move forward
- Suggestions for actions you might consider taking
We will agree on the number of sessions before we start. Once our agreed sessions are complete, we can discuss continuing if you would like to. Any new sessions will follow these same terms.
3. How Sessions Work
- Format: All coaching sessions take place in person or online via video call.
- Booking: You book sessions at a time that suits us both, using the online booking link at https://www.cal.eu/brunovinel
- Rescheduling: You can change the date and time of any session using the link in your booking confirmation email.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before the session.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will count as used. You will not receive a replacement session or a refund for it.
- If I need to reschedule, I will offer you an alternative time that works for both of us.
5. Fees and Payment
If your coaching sessions are offered on a pro bono (free of charge) basis, this section does not apply to you.
For all other coaching, the following terms apply:
- The total cost for your coaching will be confirmed in writing before we start, including the number of sessions and the hourly rate.
- I am not VAT registered, so the price you see is the final price you pay.
- You will either pay for your session at the time of booking, or I will send you an invoice. If you receive an invoice, you must pay it within 7 days.
- Payment must be received before any coaching session takes place.
- Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling using the method shown on the invoice.
- If payment is not received on time, coaching sessions will be paused until the outstanding amount is paid.
6. Your Right to Cancel Within 14 Days
- You have a legal right to cancel this agreement within 14 working days of both of us signing it and receive a full refund.
- To cancel, send a written request to: bruno@brunovinel.com
- If we have already started sessions during the 14-day period and you decide to cancel, I will refund the amount you paid minus the cost of any sessions already delivered and any reasonable costs I have incurred.
- Any refund will be paid within 30 days of your cancellation request.
- After 14 working days, this cancellation right no longer applies.
7. Ending the Coaching Relationship
- You can end this agreement at any time by letting me know in writing. Any fees you owe at that point become due straight away. Refunds for unused sessions are at my discretion.
- If your behaviour during our work together is inappropriate, aggressive, or unlawful, I may end the agreement immediately. In that case, I am not required to refund unused sessions and may take further action.
- If I believe coaching is not the right approach for you, I will talk to you about it and may suggest an alternative service. Any decision is always yours. If you agree to seek different support, I will refund you for any unused sessions.
8. Email Support Between Sessions
- If you need support or want to clarify something between sessions, you are welcome to email me at bruno@brunovinel.com.
- I will do my best to reply within 48 hours during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time). However, a response is not guaranteed.
9. Confidentiality
- Everything you share during our coaching sessions is confidential. I will not share your information with anyone without your permission, unless the law requires me to do so.
- In return, you agree to keep our conversations, and any methods or documents I share with you, confidential.
- If your coaching has been arranged through a three-way agreement, or if you were referred to me by someone else (for example, an HR department, a health professional, or another organisation), I may share updates on your progress and may refer you back to that person if appropriate. This will only happen with your prior agreement.
10. Your Personal Information
- I will only use your personal information to deliver your coaching services. I will not share it with anyone else without your permission, unless required by law.
- You have the right to:
- Ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you
- Ask me to correct any information that is wrong
- Ask me to delete your information
- I will keep your information safe and will let you know immediately if there is ever a data breach.
11. Professional Standards
- I am an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level. I follow the EMCC Code of Ethics, I am being supervised and committed to ongoing professional development.
12. Your Responsibilities
- Coaching can be very effective, but results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
- You agree that I am not responsible for any decisions you make or any results that come from those decisions.

14. General
- These terms may be updated from time to time.
- The latest version will always be available on this website.
- By continuing to book sessions, you agree to the most recent version of these terms.
- If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest will still apply.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If there is a dispute, it will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
